Holy Sip Coffee was brewed from a love of specialty coffee and a deeper need for stillness in the chaos.

We’re a London-based coffee cart and creative project, bringing together slow sips, bold brews, and gentle reminders to return to yourself. 😌

Rooted in East Asian heritage, our menu is infused with flavours inspired by mixology techniques and tradition, from osmanthus and jasmine to matcha and miso. Every ingredient tells a story, reimagined into signature drinks that blend comfort, culture and creativity.
